Tomu Johnson
Tomu Johnson is an experienced privacy attorney who has been helping clients with privacy for about a decade. He has helped companies of all sizes with international, national, and state privacy laws. He helps clients analyze their privacy obligations, draft privacy policies, and implement privacy procedures. He has served as outside and in-house privacy counsel. Before The Broad Axe, he served as a Senior Vice President of Privacy and Global Corporate Counsel for Teleperformance Group, Inc.
He was one of Utah Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 in 2020, former president of Utah’s Cyberlaw section, and Utah Minority Bar Association’s Outside Counsel of the Year in 2020.
Eric Cordova
Eric Cordova is an associate privacy attorney. He enjoys helping clients navigate through numerous state, national, and international privacy laws and regulations.
He received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah.
He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds the following certificates – Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Professional/US (CIPP/US), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia (CIPP/A).
